This resource will provide advanced application support for Solventum/3M solutions, ensuring system stability, efficient issue resolution, and support for ongoing optimization efforts. Responsibilities include in‑depth analysis of workflows, troubleshooting complex production issues, supporting system upgrades, and collaborating with vendors and internal partners to maintain reliable operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide production support for Solventum/3M applications, including complex issue investigation and resolution
- Analyze and optimize clinical and HIM workflows supported by Solventum solutions
- Participate in application upgrades, enhancements, and post‑implementation stabilization efforts
- Partner with vendor support and internal teams to resolve high‑impact issues and reduce backlog
- Support ongoing operational needs while maintaining service level commitments
Minimum Qualifications
- 5–7 years of hands‑on experience supporting Solventum/3M applications
- Demonstrated success supporting complex production environments
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage issues across integrated systems
- Experience with Solventum Code Audit, Prebill, and HDM interfaces
