Location: Tuba City, AZ
Shift: Mon - Fri (8 am - 5 pm)

Requirements:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
- Current pharmacist licensure in good standing (or eligibility for licensure as required).
- Clinical pharmacy experience preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and patient care skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience in clinical pharmacy services, ambulatory care, or specialized pharmacy programs is preferred for Advanced Practice Pharmacist positions.
Pay (Traveler):
- Weekly Amount = $2954
- Weekly Taxable Amount = $1386
- Weekly Non-Taxable Amount = $1568
- Overtime Rate = $101.30/hr
Pay (Local):
- Hourly Amount = $74
- Weekly Amount = $2664
