Salary Compensation: $290,000 - $320,000 before productivity bonus; total comp. after productivity bonus is approximately $314,000 - $464,000 (15-20 visits per day); Compensation includes base salary + Sign bonus + Quarterly bonus + Retention bonus + Patient visits productivity bi-weekly bonuses + 401K + Full robust benefits package. Relocation bonus available if necessary.

Job Description – Infectious Disease Medical Director Family Practice / Internal Medicine Physician
Our Healthcare Center Wellness Clinic is in search of a Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician for our outpatient care facility. Join a dedicated team focused on community service.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Physicians specializing in Infectious Disease must deliver top-notch care, adhere to productivity standards, and collaborate with the care team to promote patient well-being. Reasonable accommodations will be provided for individuals with disabilities.
- Manage a minimum of 14 patients per 8-hour shift (or 7 patients in a half-day session). Adjusted targets for longer shifts.
- Supervise patient scheduling to minimize missed appointments and meet productivity goals.
- Ensure timely documentation, including accurate E&M billing codes within 72 hours.
- Provide primary care services for chronic and acute conditions, collaborating with various healthcare professionals.
- Work closely with staff to manage urgent care and walk-in patients effectively.
- promptly review and act on consultant reports, lab results, and imaging studies.
- Process prescription refills swiftly.
- Respond to voicemails and emails daily.
- Support patient retention efforts with summarization strategies.
- Supervise mid-level providers and conduct necessary chart reviews.
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation when scheduled.
- Maintain AAHIVM certification and utilize allotted administrative time.
Qualifications
- MD or DO with active medical license and DEA registration.
- Prior experience in outpatient primary care.
- Comfortable managing 14-18 patients daily.
- AAHIVM Certification within 18 months of hire.
- Active CPR/BLS certification.
Education & Skills
- Doctorate (M.D. or D.O.); board certification preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills essential.
- Proficiency in clinical and operational mathematical analyses.
- Advanced critical thinking skills for patient care and clinic management.
