Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing a POS system.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area to create an inviting atmosphere.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and best practices to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service operations during peak hours.

Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
- Excellent guest service skills with a focus on building positive guest relations.
- Familiarity with culinary terms and food safety practices is advantageous.
