What You’ll Do
- Lead the patient care experience, creating personalized treatment plans that include BHRT, thyroid optimization, weight management, and stress reduction.
- Perform in-depth evaluations with advanced tools like lab work and DEXA scans.
- Prescribe medications, controlled substances (DEA required), and supplements to optimize health.
- Diagnose and manage chronic conditions with innovative and individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient history, symptoms, treatments, medications, and progress.
- Educate and inspire patients to take charge of their health with cutting-edge knowledge and preventive care.
- Stay ahead of healthcare advancements, applying the latest science to patient care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that shares your passion for changing lives.
What We’re Looking For
- A licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Associate with a Master’s degree or higher.
- A proactive, patient-focused professional with a passion for wellness, prevention, and education.
