As an Extrusion PVC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery used in the extrusion process to produce high-quality PVC pipes. This position requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work efficiently during 12-hour shifts. Candidates should have some experience with micrometers/calipers and at least one year with a recent employer. The role involves frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, so physical strength and stamina are essential. This position is in McPherson, KS.
Responsibilities:

Machine Operation: Operate extrusion machinery to ensure the production of PVC pipes meets quality standards.

Monitoring and Adjusting: Regularly monitor the extrusion process, making necessary adjustments to maintain product specifications and quality.

Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections of the PVC pipes to identify and address any defects or irregularities in the production process.

Material Handling: Handle and load raw materials into the extrusion machine, ensuring a continuous and smooth production flow.
