Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. Duties
- Implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards.
- Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning through play.
- Manage daily classroom activities.
- Foster positive behavior management strategies to promote respectful interactions and social skills among students.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss developmental milestones, concerns, and progress updates.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and lesson plans in compliance with licensing standards.
- Ensure the safety and welfare of all children by adhering to childcare regulations and best practices in child welfare.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies.
- Proficiency in classroom management techniques to maintain an organized and positive learning environment.
- Ability to design engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles and developmental stages.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with parents, colleagues, and administrators.
- Experience working with children in preschool settings is preferred.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.50 per hour
