Schedule:

- No on-call, weekend, or holiday requirements
Qualifications:
- Current ARDMS certification required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in sonography
- Proficiency performing a variety of general ultrasound exams
- Experience with Philips EPIQ ultrasound systems strongly preferred
- Previous travel assignment experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a clinical team
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete high-quality general ultrasound studies in accordance with established protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records and equipment logs
- Adhere to strict safety and infection control policies
- Prepare examination rooms and provide excellent patient care and communication
- Collaborate with radiology staff, clinicians, and physicians to ensure comprehensive patient assessment
- Troubleshoot and maintain ultrasound equipment, reporting issues as necessary
- Keep skills up to date and participate in ongoing departmental quality assurance
