Job Title: Residential Move Concierge
Job Summary
We are seeking a confident, self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills and a polished demeanor to join our team as a Residential Move Concierge. In this role, you will work directly with customers to simplify their move by coordinating essential services such as utilities, internet, TV/streaming, home phone, movers, and insurance.
You’ll serve as a trusted guide throughout the move process—delivering a seamless, high-touch experience while helping clients make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, scheduling complimentary concierge appointments and delivering a strong, professional first impression
- Build rapport, trust, and long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service
- Engage with new and existing clients via phone to coordinate services and manage follow-ups
- Clearly explain service options (e.g., internet speeds, packages, installation timelines) and guide clients to the best-fit solutions
- Ask thoughtful, consultative questions to understand client needs and recommend appropriate services
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of service providers, offerings, and promotions
- Accurately document all client interactions, service selections, and transactions within internal systems
- Track and report call volume, conversions, and service activity as required
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet performance goals and service standards
- Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, customer-first mindset
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment
- Ability to simplify and explain technical concepts clearly and confidently
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort learning new systems/technology
- Prior experience in sales, telecommunications, real estate, or a related field required
- Familiarity with internet services, providers, and product offerings is a plus
Compensation & Growth
- Competitive hourly rate plus commission and performance-based incentives

- Location: On-site – Dresher, PA
- Classification: 1099 Independent Contractor (Part-Time)
