As a Sales & Fundraising Associate, you'll represent meaningful causes, engage with members of the public, and inspire individuals to become long-term supporters of organizations making a real impact.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is motivated by personal growth, and wants to develop professional skills in communication, fundraising, sales, and leadership.
No previous fundraising experience is required—we provide comprehensive, hands-on training.
What You'll Do:
- Represent nationally and locally recognized nonprofit organizations with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Engage with community members at retail locations, events, and other outreach settings.
- Educate potential supporters about nonprofit missions, programs, and current initiatives.
- Build meaningful conversations that inspire recurring donor support.
- Meet individual and team performance goals while delivering an exceptional experience.
- Maintain accurate campaign records and supporter information.
- Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development.
