Quest Fine Jewelers is a family-owned jewelry store built on craftsmanship, trust, and exceptional customer service. We're seeking a Jewelry Repair Coordinator to join our growing team and serve as the connection between our customers, sales team, and bench jewelers.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous jewelry bench experience or repair knowledge who enjoys working with people and helping others understand the craftsmanship behind jewelry repairs and custom work.

What You'll Do
- Meet with customers to evaluate jewelry repairs and explain recommendations
- Help clients understand repair options, timelines, and costs
- Coordinate repair projects between customers, sales associates, and bench jewelers
- Track repair progress and ensure a smooth customer experience
- Document repair details, stone counts, and item conditions
- Support the sales team with technical repair knowledge and guidance
- Assist with custom jewelry projects, CAD workflows, and production coordination
- Maintain high standards for quality, accuracy, and customer care
What We're Looking For
- Jewelry repair or bench jeweler experience preferred
- Strong understanding of jewelry repair processes and terminology
- Knowledge of CAD design, 3D printing, or wax mold production preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Team player who enjoys helping others learn and grow

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
