Who We Are
Immersive Gamebox is an interactive group gaming experience coming soon to Westfield Southcenter Mall. Our guests step into private digital game rooms where they play together using motion tracking, projection mapping, touch screens, and exciting team-based games—no VR headset required. We are currently preparing for our grand opening around mid-August and are building a fun, energetic, guest-focused team to help launch the South Center/Tukwila location. Onsite training is expected to begin about one week before opening, with an estimated start date of August 3.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Facilities
- Welcome all guests to the venue; host and guide teams through their Gamebox experience from arrival to departure
- Maintain all areas to IGB brand standard: sweep, dust, windows, doors, restrooms, party rooms, check-in counter, break room, and stock areas
- Support pre-shift setup and post-shift breakdown; report game or technology faults to the Manager on Duty
- Assist with event setup including food and drink preparation, room turnover, and ensuring a seamless guest experience for parties and group bookings
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company policies at all times
Sales, Events & Guest Experience
- Deliver a five-star guest experience on every interaction; answer enquiries, resolve concerns, and escalate issues to the Manager on Duty as appropriate
- Promote the IGB experience to walk-in guests and passers-by; support upselling of bookings, events, and add-ons
- Support execution of school group, corporate, and birthday party events under the direction of the manager on duty
- Keep up to date with bookings, scheduling, and guest queries; communicate and cooperate with all venue team
- Uphold all IGB policies, procedures, and brand standards consistently across every customer touchpoint
Qualifications & Skills
Required Experience & Traits
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong communication skills — confident engaging with customers in person, via phone, email, and chat
- Organized, precise, and attentive to detail; thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Comfortable with computer and tablet technology; willing to learn IGB booking and POS systems
- Calm under pressure; able to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and escalate issues quickly and correctly
- Strong sense of ownership — does things fast and right; promotes a positive and professional environment
- Willing to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and peak periods as required

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
