About the Position
SXTH Borough Cleaning Co. is looking for a reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented Professional Cleaner to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience cleaning both residential and commercial properties and take pride in providing high-quality, consistent service.
You will be responsible for completing cleaning assignments according to company standards while maintaining a professional and respectful relationship with our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning services according to established company standards.
- Complete routine, deep, move-in/move-out, and specialty cleaning services as assigned.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, common areas, and other designated spaces.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and properly maintain surfaces and fixtures.
- Follow proper cleaning procedures and safely use cleaning products and equipment.
- Pay close attention to detail and ensure all assigned areas are thoroughly cleaned.
- Arrive on time and complete assignments within the scheduled timeframe.
- Communicate professionally with customers and report any concerns or issues to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized supply/equipment area.
- Respect customers' homes, businesses, property, privacy, and belongings.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality-control standards.
Qualifications
- Previous professional cleaning experience required.
- Experience with both residential and commercial cleaning preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to lift cleaning equipment and supplies and perform physically demanding tasks when necessary.
- Must have reliable transportation to assigned job locations.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet established cleaning standards.
