Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a supportive school district in Lakewood, WA hiring licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based contract roles in Lakewood, Washington. These positions support students across preschool through high school (K–12) at various campuses.
Contract Details
- Competitive pay: $52 to $56 per hour
- $3,000 Assignment Bonus*
- Start Date: September 2, 2026 | End Date: June 11, 2027
- Consistent full-time schedule & no weekends
- Multiple openings across elementary, early learning, and K–12 school sites
- Caseloads range from approximately 50 to 60 students
- Work with diverse age groups: preschool, elementary, and secondary students
- Opportunity to work across single or multiple campuses depending on assignment
Work Assignments May Include
- Early Learning Center + Elementary school split schedule
- Dedicated elementary school caseload (Preschool–5th grade)
- Multi-site support across elementary, middle, and high school campuses
Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students in a school setting
- Perform evaluations, assessments, and IEP development
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Support students’ communication, academic, and social development
Requirements
- Active Oregon SLP License
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
