We are seeking an experienced Encompass Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our Ellie Mae Encompass loan origination system (LOS). This role is critical in ensuring that Encompass supports our mortgage lending operations effectively, remains compliant with regulatory standards, and aligns with business goals. The Encompass Administrator will work closely with business users, IT, and third-party vendors to support daily operations, implement system enhancements, and drive efficiency across the mortgage lifecycle.
Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3–5+ years of experience as an Encompass Administrator including both Encompass and TPO Connect administration experience
- Strong hands-on expertise with Encompass administration, configuration, and workflow management.
- Solid understanding of mortgage operations and the loan origination lifecycle.
- Knowledge of mortgage compliance requirements (TRID, RESPA, HMDA, etc.).
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Administer and configure Encompass and TPO Connect, including loan templates, fields, input forms, business rules, personas, and workflows.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions while maintaining system security and compliance.
- Troubleshoot system issues, provide end-user support, and coordinate with ICE Mortgage Technology or vendors as needed.
- Implement new Encompass and TPO Connect functionality, version upgrades, and service pack releases.
- Collaborate with business units (sales, processors, underwriters, closers, compliance) to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements.
- Test and validate system changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with mortgage regulations (TRID, RESPA, HMDA, etc.).
- Manage Encompass integrations with third-party applications (Optimal Blue, MERS, eClose/eSign vendors, CRM, POS, etc.).
- Develop and maintain system documentation, release notes, training materials, and user guides.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot errors, and escalate technical issues as needed.
- Stay current on Encompass updates, mortgage industry regulations, and best practices to proactively recommend improvements.
