ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a hybrid position that blends two important functions. Three days a week, you're in the office — the hub of everything: processing orders, handling invoicing, quoting customers, and keeping things running smoothly. The other two days, you're out in the field with our customers — visiting accounts, managing inventory, and being the face of Spruce on the road.

IN THE OFFICE (3 days/week):
- Receive, enter, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Invoice all orders and maintain clean, accurate transaction records
- Quote prices in line with our pricing strategy and current market conditions
- Track deliveries and resolve issues proactively before customers even ask
- Monitor customer accounts and assist with payment follow-up as needed
- Work closely with our sales team to make sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Handle incoming calls with warmth, professionalism, and a can-do attitude
IN THE FIELD (2 days/week):
- Visit customer accounts across New Jersey to conduct on-site inventory reviews
- Identify replenishment needs and communicate them back to the office team
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers face to face
- Be a trusted resource customers can count on — not just a vendor making a stop
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Someone who shows up, follows through, and takes ownership — every day
- Strong communicator — comfortable on the phone, in person, and in writing
- Organized and detail-oriented — you don't let things slip
- Basic computer proficiency (Windows, email, data entry)
- Some customer-facing experience is helpful, but we'll train the right person
- Valid driver's license for field days
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a real plus

Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
