Who this is for
This role is built for any career stage—first job, fresh start, or full career change. We hire people from blue-collar and white-collar backgrounds: warehouses, restaurants, retail, hospitals/clinics, offices, trades, entrepreneurs, students, and grads.
If you’re coachable, consistent, and willing to follow a process, we’ll train you.
What you’ll do
- Work company-provided leads and run client appointments (in-person or virtual)
- Ask questions, document needs, and recommend coverage that fits
- Explain options clearly and complete applications accurately
- Submit documents, fix missing items, and close loops fast
- Follow up after enrollment and support clients long-term
- Build referrals and learn lead-generation so your pipeline grows over time
The process: ask → recommend → enroll → follow up.

Pay: $49,500.00 - $120,000.00 per year
