JOB DESCRIPTION

EXAMPLES OF DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Performs a variety of rough and finish carpentry work.
- Performs skilled mill and cabinetwork involving construction, finishing, and repairing of buildings,
- Doors and other building-related items
- Drywall patch, tape, texture and finish.
- Painting
- Flooring and cabinet installs.
- Builds forms, operates planers, shapers, jointers, lathes, handsaws, and other woodworking machinery.
- Maintains tools and machinery in safe and efficient operating condition.
- May assist in fence repair, siding, roofing, and other outside work.
- May be required to work in other trade areas
- On-call shifts as scheduled for emergency services.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· Three-year carpentry experience desired
· One year apprentice or two or more years as a journeyman
· Licenses and Other Requirements
· DOJ and FBI fingerprint clearance
· Valid California Driver’s License

Pay: From $33.80 per hour
