Empowered Care Solutions is a new developmental and community-based agency in the startup phase seeking a Founding Clinical Director (Speech-Language Pathologist) to work alongside a licensed SLPA to help build and lead clinical services in the Tampa Bay area with a focus on Pinellas, Southern Hillsborough, and Manatee counties. We provide developmental support to children, adolescents, and adults with developmental delays and disabilities, as well as offering parent education, community-based services and professional development training.
This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned SLP who is passionate about early childhood, family-centered care, and working with diverse communities.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced SLP (CCC-SLP, Florida licensed)
- Interested in flexible or reduced schedule

Qualifications
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with current certification in good standing
- Proven experience working in pediatric settings or early intervention programs
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and assessment techniques relevant to speech therapy
- Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and develop effective treatment strategies
- Passion for working with children, adolescents, and adults while supporting their developmental milestones through innovative therapy approaches
- Excellent leadership skills with experience mentoring or supervising clinical staff
- Familiarity with community-based speech therapy practices and compliance standards is highly desirable
