- High Acuity (Central Line & TPN experience is a plus)
- Has Dayshift: FRIDAY(only) | 7am-7pm
- Has Nightshift: MONDAY(only) | 7pm-7am(tentative)
-Compensation
- LVN: $22 – $29/hour
- RN: $34 – $38/hour
- Differentials for high-acuity, nights & weekends

.Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one nursing care in patient homes
- Administer medications & treatments per physician orders
- Monitor vital signs and patient condition
- Manage G-tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators (as needed)
- Educate families on care & safety
- Document using Kantime EMR
- Standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds or more on an occasional basis, with or without reasonable accommodation.
.Qualifications
- Active Texas LVN or RN License
- Current BLS (in-person)
- TB test (within 1 year) or Chest X-ray (within 5 years)
- Reliable transportation (travel within 20 miles)
- Pediatric or home health experience preferred but not required
- Experience preferred—but NEW GRADUATES ARE WELCOME (Training is provided, Must have active license.)
