The Role
As an Independent Sales Associate, your focus is generating interest, qualifying prospects, and booking appointments through outbound calls, texts, and emails. You are the engine that keeps the pipeline moving.
- Execute outbound prospecting via phone, text, and email
- Engage potential clients, build quick rapport, and qualify interest
- Schedule appointments for the sales closing team
- Track your activity and manage your pipeline with discipline
- Enjoy a fully remote flexible schedule
What We're Looking For
- Experience in cold outbound sales, appointment setting, or lead generation strongly preferred
- A communicator who can connect quickly and keep people engaged
- Self-starter who doesn't need to be hand-held to hit the phones
