Timothy O'Toole's Pub Chicago is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment This Role requires experiance with POS Systems, as well as experience in casual dining or nightclub settings. The Bartender will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing inventory, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders efficiently while managing time effectively.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through various POS systems
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality, creating an inviting atmosphere for all guests.
- Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and food handling practices to enhance the overall dining experience.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- High Volume experiance is a major plus.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices within the food industry.
