Full time, temp to Hire, 2nd Shift, Electrical Assembler needed in Delavan WI.
Hours: Mon-Thurs 3pm-1am
Pay: $17.50 hr
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand or walk entire shift (10 hours)
- Ability to lift 40 lbs from floor to waist level 1 x/shift
- Ability to lift 5 gallons of flux 1x/week
- Rotation of hands/wrists left to right and up and down (almost constant)
- Twist from one side/middle/to other side (load station), approx. 175 moves/hour
- Ability to work with small parts on a repetitious basis
Aptitude:
- Must be able to pass solder class
- Must be able to read, write and understand English
- Ability to recognize solder defects per customer requirements & IPC standards
- Ability to complete paperwork daily in a timely manner and enter into the computer
- Ability to clean pallets (scrape coating off, work with xylene)
- Ability to perform general maintenance on equipment (clean inside and outside of coater)
- Ability to become proficient at various stations on automated lines after one week
- Ability to comprehend, translate, and verify process through electronic system
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
