3+ years of maintenance experience in electronics, PCB, or precision manufacturing

Experience troubleshooting automated production equipment and assembly machinery

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills (motors, sensors, relays)

Familiarity with SMT equipment, pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, or similar preferred

Experience with preventative maintenance programs in a high-mix manufacturing environment

Basic PLC troubleshooting skills (inputs/outputs, fault identification) preferred

Understanding of ESD-sensitive environments and electronics manufacturing best practices
-
Ability to read electrical schematics, equipment manuals, and technical documentation
-
Experience working with pneumatics, conveyors, and automated handling systems

Comfortable using CMMS or maintenance tracking software
-
Willingness to work 2nd shift hours and overtime as needed

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training preferred
