Job Duties:
- AR: Cash, monthly AR accruals, entering billings into system, bank runs & deposits
- AP: Backup, printing checks and coding
- General Ledger: balance sheet analysis, income statements, journal entries
- Federal, State, or County grant billing & account reconciliation
- Keep donor/fundraising spreadsheets up to date and accurate
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting - AA, BS
- Experience working with non-profit accounting preferred
