The Central Hospital for Veterinary Medicine is seeking a Full-time Experienced Veterinary Client Liaison/Receptionist to join our expanding 24 hour/7day a week emergency, critical care, specialty, and referral Hospital.
You must act as goodwill ambassador for the hospital. Be a gatekeeper in the relationship and communication between clients and the hospital. Set the tone for the practice to build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities. You will be responsible for Client service (First and foremost) Demonstrate excellent relations with clients/pets in waiting and/or exam rooms. Quickly understand client needs and initiate the process of meeting those needs. Resolve client service issues within established guidelines (using procedure and policy). Bring a positive attitude, a service orientation, and high energy with excellent communication skills, compassion for pets and people and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
