The Business Analyst, Internal Communications & Digital Content supports internal communications, digital content platforms, and related business systems. This role partners with communications, operations, and technical teams to analyze business needs, improve workflows, and enhance communication tools and reporting capabilities.
The role focuses on identifying process improvements, supporting system enhancements, and delivering data-driven insights to improve communication effectiveness and operational efficiency. The Business Analyst may also lead projects and serve as a resource across teams.

Partner with Internal Communications and stakeholders to support digital communication initiatives, business needs, and system enhancements.

Analyze workflows and business processes to identify and implement opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.

Support, maintain, and enhance communication platforms, tools, and reporting systems, including troubleshooting and user support.

Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to measure communication effectiveness and inform decision-making.

Lead or support cross-functional projects and prepare documentation, presentations, and recommendations related to digital communications and technology solutions.

Bachelor’s degree required.

5+ years of experience in business systems design, data analysis, and advanced computer applications.

Experience with reporting tools, data reconciliation, and data mining preferred.

1–2 years of general accounting or financial operations experience preferred.

Experience supporting digital platforms or communication systems preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.

Experience with data analysis, reporting, and workflow improvement.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Strong collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
