Content Creation
- Film 5–10 vehicle videos daily.
- Create Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts content.
- Take vehicle photos and walk-around videos.
- Create dealership employee and customer delivery videos.
Social Media Management
- Post daily on all platforms.
- Reply to comments and messages.
- Monitor reviews and dealership reputation.
- Stay on top of trends and viral content.
Marketing
- Promote sales events and specials.
- Highlight bad-credit approvals, trade-ins, and featured inventory.
- Run giveaways and community involvement posts.
- Coordinate with sales managers on featured units.
Performance Goals
- Minimum 3–5 posts per day.
- Minimum 20 short-form videos per week.
- Grow followers by 10% monthly.
- Generate 100+ leads per month from social media.
- Track views, engagement, leads, and sales.
$20/hour + $50 per sold vehicle generated from social media + monthly view bonus.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
