Position Title : Sr. Production Control Manager(General Manager)
General Responsibilities :
1. Review production requirements, work orders, and schedules to plan resources.
2. Estimate material, labor, and time needs; check inventory levels.
3. Lead and coordinate production planning, scheduling, and inventory control.
4. Oversee warehouse operations, logistics integration, and annual physical inventories.
5. Prepare and review work/purchase order exception reports and implement corrective actions.
6. Requisition and maintain inventory of raw materials and supplies.
7. Establish project schedules and estimate shipping dates in coordination with departments
8. Confer with supervisors to assess progress and resolve issues.
9. Compile production and inventory data for progress/status reports.
10.Analyze processes and develop systems to optimize materials management
11. Support vendor coordination related to materials and order fulfillment.
12. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Bilingual in Korean and English
15+ years of relevant experience
Good leadership and management skill
