Reconstruction Project Manager
Disaster Restoration Industry | Macon, GA (within 30 miles)
We’re hiring a Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial rebuild projects from approval through completion. Mitigation experience is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage reconstruction projects from estimate approval to completion
- Control budgets, schedules, and profitability
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and in-house trades
- Ensure quality control, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Serve as primary customer and tenant contact
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress meetings
- Maintain accurate job costing and documentation
- Support mitigation operations as needed
Qualifications
- Restoration reconstruction project management experience
- Mitigation experience a plus
- Strong residential & commercial construction knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Xactimate experience preferred
