Job Summary
We are looking for dedicated caregivers to join our growing team and make a difference in the lives of our clients. As a caregiver, you will support clients with personal care, companionship, and daily activities. Whether helping with grooming or sharing a conversation, your presence will bring comfort and joy to those we serve. We have full time, part time and PRN availability.
Duties:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Support clients with mobility challenges.
- Monitor and document client progress and any changes in condition.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a caregiver, CNA, or in a related field preferred (we will train the right candidates)
- Ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing quality care
