Key ResponsibilitiesTire & Wheel Services
- Alignments: Perform precise computerized and manual wheel alignments to manufacturer specifications.
- Tire Maintenance: Handle mounting, balancing, rotation, and repairs across a variety of tire sizes and high-performance applications.
- TPMS Handling: Install, re-learn, and calibrate Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) sensors.
- Wear Analysis: Diagnose, identify, and explain abnormal tire wear patterns and underlying issues.
Brake & Suspension (Basic)
- Perform brake pad and rotor replacements efficiently.
- Conduct thorough inspections of suspension components related to alignment precision.
- Execute basic diagnostics on steering and suspension assemblies.
Shop Operations & Customer Service
- Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding vehicle health and necessary repairs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant bay.
- Work collaboratively with collision and mechanical staff to maintain smooth workflow.
Candidate Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record as a Wheel/Tire Alignment Technician (Required).
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of alignment geometry, tire balancing, and tread wear analysis.
- System Knowledge: Basic hands-on experience with brake systems and suspension repairs (Preferred).
- Availability: Flexible to work Monday through Friday
- Soft Skills: Strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
