Part-time RN/LPN (16-24 hours per week) – Independent Living Health Centre
Holland Home is seeking a part-time RN or LPN to join our team of compassionate nurses in the Resident Health Centre that serves our independent living residents on our beautiful Breton Woods Campus. The Health Center is open Monday - Friday 7:00am - 7:00pm. This day shift position works 16-24 hours per week covering two days per week with the opportunity to pick up additional hours, if desired.
This role works with a multi-disciplinary team to promote the cutting-edge Vibrant Living wellness model of Holland Home. This care team member provides nursing care within the scope of the RN/LPN license, assisting the physicians with examinations and procedures, performing treatments, taking and recording vital signs and evaluating test results, etc. Our care team also addresses the health concerns of residents, building and maintaining trusting relationships with them and their families.
