No experience? Good. We don't reject people for having no experience — we train you from zero. We've done it for three generations of chefs, general managers, and high-level people in this industry.
Here's who we DO reject: people who just want a job.
If you want to clock in, clock out, and collect a check, stop reading. Plenty of places hire for that. We're not one of them.
WHAT THIS ACTUALLY IS
This is basically culinary college without the debt.
We train you in cooking AND the business behind it — the same skills people pay tens of thousands in tuition (and years of student loans) to learn. We teach it free, you earn while you learn it, and we have the track record to prove it works: real chefs, real GMs, real careers built here from people who started with zero.
WHERE IT LEADS
- Start in paid training while you build real skills
- Unlock higher-paid skilled tasks as you prove them
- Reach Chef level and run your own corporate accounts — earning commission on top of your wage, every month
- Total pay for people who build the skills is significantly higher than where they start
But that only happens if you build the skills. The program rewards people who grow. People who coast never get there — by design.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
- Catering prep, packing, temps, deliveries
- Grill, fry, sauté, pizza — station by station
- Food safety basics
- Customer relationships — how to build regulars
- Leadership — run shifts, train others, lead events
PAY
- $15–$17/hr during paid training — this is set, not negotiable
- We're investing real training hours into you; your pay grows as your skills grow
- The people who build the skills earn significantly more in total compensation
- If you're here to chase the highest starting number, we're not your place — and that's okay
SCHEDULE
- Daytime availability required for training
- evening/weekend availability needed (you won't always work them though)
- Part-time to start, full-time as fast as you train
- Schaumburg, IL — you'll need your own reliable transportation for daytime shifts. At some point, you'll be meeting clients.
