Corrugated manufacturing industry leader, is currently seeking a Corrugator Supervisor at our state-of-the-art facility in Kansas City, MO.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures, complete required safety training, and report any accidents or concerns immediately.
Oversee daily corrugated sheet production operations, including knowledge of paper grades, applications, and manufacturing processes.
Supervise and lead manufacturing staff by setting expectations, monitoring performance, coaching employees, resolving conflicts, and enforcing company policies.
Manage production workflow, staffing, scheduling, and process improvements to meet production, quality, and efficiency goals.
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate repairs or improvements as needed. Conduct daily crew meetings focused on safety, quality, and production performance.
Maintain accurate production records, reports, and employee timecards.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Work flexible or extended hours as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
