IndeQuest, a leading provider of nurse case management services, is seeking a part-time nurse case manager (potential to grow to full time if desired) in the Ann Arbor, Michigan/Metro Detroit area.
If the candidate decides to grow to full time hours, they will become eligible for benefits at that time which include, 401k, short-term and long-term disability, medical, dental and vision insurance.
As a part time nurse case manager, it is required that you are able to monitor your phone during normal business hours (Monday through Friday) for urgent needs and return contact within a timely fashion. Scheduling of appointments and non-urgent matters are often done by the nurse case manager themselves, making this is flexible position that has led to a large team of successful, long-term nurses at IndeQuest.

Responsibilities:
- Attend and coordinate doctor appointments as needed
- Coordinate DME, home health care, and therapies as needed
- Effectively communicate to medical providers and family as needed
- Effectively communicate with insurance representatives
- Conduct rate surveys on services and/or medical equipment
- Obtain relevant medical documentation for the claim
- Assist in reviewing and setting up necessary vendors
- Coordinating client medications and supplies
- Coordinating with therapies and vendors for home and/or vehicle modifications
Qualifications:
- RN License is required
- College Degree in Nursing; BSN requested
- English as primary language
- Valid Driver License
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Prior case management experience preferred
- Prior Work Comp case management experience preferred
