Daily Expectations & Routine
- Field Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (maximizing homeowner availability).
- Ground Game: Inspect storm-impacted roofs and canvas targeted Dallas neighborhoods.
- Lead Execution: Work company-provided warm leads while actively building a self-generated pipeline.
- Contract Closing: Walk homeowners through damage assessments, guide them through insurance claims, and finalize agreements.
Compensation & Perks
- Earning Potential: $150,000 – $200,000 average annual earnings ($200,000+ for top earners).
