Pay Rate: $11.00–$13.00 per hour, based on experience and performance. Once eligible for the tip pool, employees typically earn an additional average of $5 per hour! Part-time and full-time opportunities available.

We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable individuals who enjoy working with people, take pride in their work, and thrive in a busy, customer-focused setting. This is a front-facing hospitality role where attention to detail, consistency, and genuine engagement matter.
Weekend & Holiday Availability Required
As a tourist-driven business, our busiest times are weekends and holidays. All team members must have availability during these peak periods. Schedules are rotated to support balance and fairness, but flexibility during high-volume days is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Properly pull espresso shots, steam milk, and ensure consistency across all drinks.
- Assist with food preparation and assembly, maintaining presentation, portioning, and freshness.
- Maintain awareness of seasonal menus and featured offerings.
- Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming, inclusive environment.
- Engage with customers, answer questions, and offer menu recommendations with confidence.
- Accurately take orders and process transactions using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain professionalism and composure during busy or high-pressure shifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized coffee bar, kitchen, and customer areas throughout each shift.
- Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines.
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to support smooth operations.
- Complete opening, closing, and routine cleaning tasks consistently.
- Arrive on time and prepared for each scheduled shift.
- Work collaboratively with team members to keep service efficient and positive.
- Take initiative to assist with tasks beyond assigned duties when needed.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with coworkers and leadership.
- Learn and retain knowledge of our menu, ingredients, and preparation standards.
- Accept feedback constructively and apply it to improve performance.
- Take pride in developing barista skills and contributing to a high-quality guest experience.
