Molato, Inc. is hiring motivated Retail Sales Associates to support sales operations within AT&T-branded retail environments.
In this role, you will engage directly with customers in a retail setting, identify their needs, and provide wireless, internet, and entertainment solutions through AT&T product offerings. This is a performance-driven sales role where customer experience and results both matter.
Retail Sales Associates Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers in a retail environment and provide a consultative sales experience
- Present AT&T wireless plans, devices, and home internet options based on customer needs
- Drive sales through activations, upgrades, and service bundling
- Meet or exceed individual and store-based sales performance targets
- Process transactions accurately and maintain compliance with retail procedures
- Stay informed on promotions, pricing, and product updates
- Deliver strong customer service before and after the sale
Retail Sales Associate Qualifications:
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
- Ability to work flexible retail hours (evenings/weekends required)
- Reliable, coachable, and performance-driven mindset
- Must be able to stand for extended periods during shifts
Position Breakdown:
- Employment Type: Full-Time W-2 Position
- Compensation: Commission-Based Role. The retail sales associate role starting yearly pay is $50,000 yearly.
- Location & Daily Routine: Daily presence required at our New Haven, CT office before transitioning to face-to-face sales efforts in the surrounding communities.
- Client & Portfolio: Exclusive representation of AT&T products and services.
