What You’ll Do
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, scraping, masking, caulking, and priming.
- Apply paints, stains, and specialty coatings using brushes, rollers, and airless sprayers.
- Work on commercial projects including apartment communities, schools, medical facilities, office buildings, and custom homes.
- Operate ladders, scaffolding, boom lifts, and other jobsite equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
- Work as part of a team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and at a high level of quality.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Comfortable working at heights (training provided).
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Painting experience is preferred but not required—we’re willing to train motivated individuals.
- OSHA certification and lift experience are a plus.
