Duties
- Perform comprehensive automotive repairs including oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, brake services, and vehicle maintenance tasks using hand tools and power tools.
- Diagnose automotive issues utilizing advanced diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical or electrical problems accurately.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance services such as oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, and brake replacements to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Assist customers by explaining repair needs clearly, providing excellent customer service, and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of all repairs performed, parts used, and service history in the dealership’s system.
- Support the dealership’s sales team by preparing vehicles for test drives and providing technical insights when needed.
- Handle heavy lifting safely when moving parts or vehicles within the shop environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Skills
- Proven dealership experience or automotive repair background with a solid understanding of automotive diagnostics and mechanical systems.
- Hands-on experience with automotive service procedures including oil changes, tire service, alignments, and general maintenance.
- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with automotive service standards and procedures; previous experience as a service technician is highly desirable.

Pay: $46,210.68 - $120,000.00 per year
