Our growing private dental practice is seeking an Experienced Front Desk Administrator to join our team and help provide exceptional service while supporting the continued growth of our practice.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
- Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently
- Check patients in and out while ensuring a smooth office flow
- Verify insurance benefits and collect patient payments
- Coordinate the daily schedule and assist with appointment confirmations
- Help maintain an organized and efficient front office
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointments, financial information, and office policies
- Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to provide an exceptional patient experience
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the success of the practice
Qualifications
- Previous dental front office experience required
- At least 2 years of dental front desk experience
- Experience with dental scheduling and insurance verification preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Comfortable using dental practice management software and technology
Compensation & Benefits
Starting at $24/hour (negotiable based on experience)
After 90 Days:
- 1 Week PTO
- Paid Holidays
- 401(k) with Profit Sharing

- Medical Benefit of up to $1,500 per month per household (includes spouse and children)
Schedule
- 7:45 arrival 8am to 5/5:30pm, 1 hr lunch ( part - time)
- 2 days in Ruckersville office
