Cultivate Solutions (formerly known as Food Management Investors) has been an area leader in the Food & Beverage hospitality industry for over 30 years. Cultivate Solutions currently provides back-office support for over 45 restaurants and small businesses.
We are seeking a full-time Accounting Specialist to join our financial reporting team at our Corporate Office in Minot.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Preparation of financial statements, including balance sheet supporting schedules
- Preparation of yearly preliminary budgets
- Compile and report sales for management fees, franchise royalty reporting and quarterly rents
- Process monthly sales tax reports and payment requests for multiple states
- Compile information for annual audits, reviews and income tax returns
- Complete annual personal property returns
- Complete annual census reports
- Complete transfers, direct deposits, and ACHs to banks
- Reconciliation of daily sales and deposits including delivery sales
- Preparation of journal entries
- Review P&L accounts
- Analysis of various balance sheet accounts
- Review and record assets in Asset keeper
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related education or 2 years’ experience accounting or related field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Strong accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
Desired Skills:
MAS 90 or MAS 200 experience

Pay: $50,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
