An established luxury jewelry retailer in the North Metro Atlanta/ Alpharetta is seeking an experienced, polished, and client-focused Fine Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. This is a confidential search for a respected luxury retailer.
Responsibilities
· Deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience for every client.
· Build long-term client relationships through personalized service and proactive clienteling.
· Meet and exceed individual sales goals.
· Assist clients with engagement rings, bridal jewelry, fine jewelry, custom design, luxury timepieces, and special orders.
· Guide clients through every stage of the custom jewelry design process—from initial consultation and gemstone selection to CAD/CAM development, pricing, production oversight, timeline management, and final delivery—ensuring an exceptional luxury client experience.
· Conduct proactive client outreach and maintain accurate CRM records.
· Accurately intake jewelry and watch repairs and communicate timelines.
· Assist with inventory, merchandising, showroom presentation, and daily operations.
· Participate in trunk shows, VIP events, and client appreciation events.
Qualifications
· Minimum 3 years of fine jewelry, luxury retail, or high-end commissioned sales experience preferred.
· Proven ability to build lasting client relationships and achieve sales goals.
· Strong consultative selling, closing, and communication skills.
· Professional appearance and exceptional interpersonal skills.
· Experience with POS and CRM systems preferred.
· Ability to confidently guide clients through the custom jewelry design process, including design consultation, gemstone selection, CAD/CAM development, pricing and quoting, production oversight, timeline management, and final delivery, while providing an exceptional luxury client experience.
· Passion for fine jewelry, diamonds, gemstones, and luxury retail.
· Self-motivated and team-oriented.

Schedule
