Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Repair Operations team in a fast-paced aftermarket aviation environment. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with strong communication and organizational skills who is looking to grow their career in aviation and operations support.
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the repair team, assist with day-to-day office functions, coordinate communications with external repair vendors, and help ensure repair documentation and records are maintained accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Repair Operations team.
- Communicate professionally with repair shops, vendors, and internal departments regarding repair status, documentation, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain and organize repair records, files, and related documentation.
- Assist with data entry, tracking, and updating repair information in company systems.
- Monitor emails and respond to routine inquiries in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents as needed.
- General office activities.
- Support special projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of information entered into company databases and records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in an office, administrative, or customer service environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional demeanor and ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external vendors.
- Experience in aviation, logistics, manufacturing, or repair operations is a plus but not required.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
