Job Summary
OneTouch Direct is looking for a reliable Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform various maintenance tasks to ensure our facilities are safe, efficient, and well-maintained. This role involves routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and performing repairs that contribute to the overall functionality of our workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.

Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.

Respond quickly to all maintenance requests from staff and management.

Maintain detailed records of maintenance tasks and repairs performed.

Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and standards.

Assist with setup and teardown for company events or meetings.

Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in maintenance or technical fields is a plus.
- Proven experience as a maintenance worker or a similar role.
- Familiarity with common maintenance chemicals and tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
