Patient Care Coordinator
Location: Lancaster, PA (Travel required between Lancaster, Annville, and Reading clinics)
Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour

Due to continued patient demand, we are seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, delivers outstanding customer service, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and thrives both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors while creating a positive and professional experience.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.
- Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate records and accounts.
- Maintain appointment flow and communicate patient arrivals and scheduling updates to providers.
- Anticipate patient needs and address questions or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- File, retrieve, and maintain patient records.
- Obtain, update, and verify personal, financial, and insurance information.
- Collect patient payments and assist with third-party claims processing.
- Protect patient confidentiality and maintain HIPAA compliance.
- Scan and upload patient documentation, including referrals, lab results, authorizations, and other pertinent records into the EMR system.
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with prior authorizations as needed.
- Assist physicians with medical procedures when necessary.
- Prepare and clean treatment rooms between patients.
- Perform end-of-day cleaning and organizational tasks to ensure clinic readiness.
- Follow company policies and procedures while contributing to overall clinic operations.
- Support team members and assist with additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to cross-train and float between clinic locations as needed.

- Previous medical receptionist, patient coordinator, or healthcare office experience preferred.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.
- Insurance verification and prior authorization experience preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

- Monday through Friday
- Day Shift
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- No weekends
