About the Position
We are looking for a Dental Office Manager who is confident leading a team, managing daily office operations, and working directly with patients. This is a hands-on management position, and strong treatment coordinating experience is required.
The right candidate will be comfortable presenting treatment plans, discussing financial options, following up with patients, and helping the office achieve its production and collection goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the dental office
- Lead, train, and hold the front office team accountable
- Present and coordinate treatment plans with patients
- Explain treatment recommendations, insurance benefits, and financial options
- Follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment
- Manage scheduling, collections, and office workflow
- Work closely with doctors and clinical staff to ensure an efficient patient experience
- Address patient concerns and help resolve issues professionally
- Track office goals and identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain a positive, organized, and professional office environment
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of dental office management or treatment coordinating experience
- Must be confident and experienced in treatment coordination
- Strong ability to present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements
- Knowledge of dental insurance and dental terminology
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar software preferred
- Must be willing to work some Saturdays
