Concrete Coring & Drilling Operator (Experienced Only)

Pay: $24–$32/hour (DOE – Based on Experience)
We are actively seeking experienced Concrete Coring & Drilling Operators with a strong background in structural work on commercial and industrial job sites.
This is a highly specialized role—we are looking for skilled professionals who understand precision drilling in structural concrete environments.
What You’ll Do
- Perform structural concrete coring and drilling on active construction job sites
- Operate both:
- Handheld core drills
- Rig-mounted core drills
- Work on large-scale commercial projects including:
- Data centers
- Hospitals
- High-rise buildings
- Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and jobsite protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of structural concrete coring and drilling experience
- Hands-on experience with:
- Hilti DD 250 (strongly preferred)
- Background working on commercial or industrial construction projects
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- Ability to pass:
- Background check
- Pre-employment drug screening (no marijuana)
What We’re NOT Looking For
To clarify, this role is NOT for:
- General laborers
- Concrete finishers
- Asphalt cutting operators
