- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
- Real experience pulling a gooseneck — backing into tight venue lots, night arrivals, interstate miles
- Able to properly strap, chain, and secure freight for interstate travel
- Willing to assist the crew with loading and unloading
- Current DOT medical card or able to obtain one
- Able to pass a drug screen
- Dependable — our show schedule doesn’t move
